"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. " -Helen Keller

More Fabric Porn

Here are the rest of my favorite quilts from the show.  I had intended to split the pictures evenly between posts but, obviously, I can't count...

Do you have a favorite quilt out of all these or do you have a style that appeals more to you?

I really like the design of the one third from the bottom (the sort of sunburst pattern) but I'm drawn to the colours in that white and blue one further up. I'm not normally a blue girl, but something about it just struck me.
I've always been so impressed by quilters. I can't sew a stitch (well, except the most basic repairs), and I love the combination of the artistic and the practicality.

These are beautiful! I like the last one with the most colors.

I would love to either make or purchase a quilt.

These too are so beautiful. I don't know if I have a favorite but I love the history behind quilting.

The last one and the one that fades from yellow to orange. Anything with a somewhat irregular design. I like a lot of color. These are simply amazing. Truly pieces of art.

They are all beautiful, but the third from the top is my fave!

Wish I could quilt!
