Welcome to Perfect Moment Monday sponsored by Lori over at Write Mind Open Heart. Lori says that "Perfect Moment Monday is more about noticing a perfect moment than about creating one. Perfect moments can be momentous or ordinary or somewhere in between."
Lori is currently taking a break from hosting Perfect Moment Monday but I felt the need to recognize a few perfect moments anyway.
#1 Marty is about halfway through the confirmation process at our church. At the end of the school year, the 8th grade confirmation class helps to set up, serve, and clean up at the banquet for the 9th grade confirmands. This meant Marty had to dress in dress pants, a dress shirt, and a tie. The perfect moment came when he let me take his picture. You just have no idea how huge that is because Marty HATES having his picture taken.
Of course, his agreeing to a nice picture might have had something to do with me proposing to follow up with this picture...
#2 The second perfect moment came this afternoon. Gabe asked me yesterday when we could watch Mamma Mia again. We sat down today, cuddled on the couch and watched it today. I love having one of my kids who loves the music and thoroughly enjoys the movie with me.
Take a moment to recognize a perfect moment in your life and let me know if you write about it.

Kristen, I can't believe how grown up Marty looks! Great photos and of course there had to be a silly one. Gabe is such a sweetie and it is wonderful having those cuddle-up, quality time moments. Perfect moments indeed!
Oops, should say Kristin. I have a couple other blog friends with the same name, different spelling.
Congratulations on his confirmation, that's exciting! Glad he let you take his photo. <3
The perfect moment is when we are all together as a family, sharing our hearts in peaceful attitude. *sigh*
