"Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. " -Helen Keller

Zzzzzzzzzzz....

I knew I should have gone to bed before 12:30 last night. 12:30 isn't that late for me but I had to get up at 5 am this morning to take my dad to the airport. My mom has been in California for a week for a conference and my dad is flying out to join her so they can have a week of vacation time together. So, I'm sitting her yawning due to my inability to go to bed on time and my kids are wanting to do things that require brain power. Hopefully, I can muster the brain power to play a game with them :)

Me too. We were up until 2 am baking, and now we're getting ready to start another round. I think I accidentally baked my brain with some cookies last night.

I hope you can catch up on the lost sleep soon! Have fun playing with the kids...

...and do send some clouds over to me!

I am with you in sleep-deprived solidarity to today. I try to go to bed early, but staying up late reading is a hard habit to break from my old life.

I fell asleep on the couch before 10pm last night. LOL My alarm goes off at 5:45 every morning. I just didn't feel like getting up this morning!

I hope you play catch up soon. :)

THIS girl doesn't function well on little sleep, so you have my full sympathy. Hope you catch up soon.

PS Everyone over at my blogspace agrees that you're the bomb, btw.

I too am one who loves my sleep. As far as kids games? Let them win, it's easier on the brain.
