It broke my heart all over again...
I was talking to my mother-in-law and they are just leaving the hospital. She said she couldn't bear to leave while "my pop was still there." She always called him pop and she sounded so lost.
It is hard, no doubt. There are no "right" words to say. Just lots of hugs and support. I can't say it enough, so I'll just say it again and again...mostly because it was the best advice ever given to me when my mom passed..be good to you! -Thinking about ALL of you, D
Kristen, I am so sorry for your lost. I met him in Swift Creek Grocery and he was always a pleasent man. I too will miss him. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Michael
