Now that I've gotten that done (sorry again I was late), I have to share a few fun things I got in my email. First of all, for all you crafty types, the editors over at Knitting Daily had a brilliant and fun crafty idea in today's newsletter...making customized buttons from shrink paper (think Shrinky Dinks).

The detailed instructions are in the newsletter (check the link in bold above). I think this is the coolest idea. Now you can always have the perfect button to complete an outfit or something you've made. I see these in my future.before shrinking
after shrinkingThe other fun thing I discovered in my inbox this morning is a game called Aequilibrium. My hubby gets the Kim Komando newsletters and she periodically highlights cool sites. Aequilibrium was today's cool site of the day.
The whole point of the game is to remove all the red pieces without having the structure tip over. It looks really simple but it not only requires a quick hand but it makes you think things out.Anyone have fun ways to waste your time online? I'm always looking for new and different fun stuff.

Hello there! Just visiting from ICLW...In response to a way to waste time online, I used to go to bored.com all the time as a teen. They used to have jokes, games, puzzles and more. Haven't been there for a long time though so I don't know how much it has changed. But, nice to meet ya! Have a great wednesday!!!
Those buttons look like so much fun! Today I haven't even gotten a post up with trying to keep up with everyone else's posts. As for time wasters....I am embroiled in crochet projects, so I got nothin today. Sorry. :( happy ICLW hon.
I am going to have to send my husband the link to that game. It's just the kind of thing he loves.

Haha I'm the queen of wasting time online! I love it that I'm not the only one :) sadly Facebook games take Up most of my time!

Oh, and that game is evil! I just wasted 20 minutes and I couldn't get past level one.
Oooh, the buttons are cool. I can't even go try the game cause I have to go to work and I'd likely get into it and be late.
