Vic's carpal tunnel release surgery went perfectly. He was sent home with vicodin to manage the pain for the first few days. His doc says pain relief and tingling should happen quickly but, because of the severity of his carpal tunnel syndrome, it will take up to a year for the numbness to completely go away.

I am glad his surgery went well! I'll be sending good vibes his way for a speedy recovery!
I also hope he defies the odds and the numbness goes away much sooner than a year. Wow. That is a long time!
So glad it's over.
And, um, about that Vicodin?
I like vicodin. I always run out before I want to . . . :0)
Anyway - so glad to hear that all went well with the surgery.
Hope the healing process is smooth, for him and for you.
Is G. taking good care of Daddy?

I know so many people who have had that surgery and it is a long recovery. I do hope he feels better soon :) So I guess no blogging for him huh?
I'm so glad he's doing better. And I hope things calm down for awhile for you.
A whole year?! That's craziness!
Good to hear that it all went well, though.
Glad the surgery went well. Hope it doesn't take the full year to feel totally better!
